Dont bother. Just an ad for their services. Its also full of annoying pop up ads. I didnt pay for this to have pop ups at every other page. Garbage.

Worth Reading, Nice Design and Great Idea
Crowdsourcing is often a complicated proposition. Lot of ins, lot of outs. This boils it down nicely and explains how it can be used to help businesses get more customers by allowing the world to be their sales force. Its also pretty cool that anyone can match someone they know with the person offering a bounty to talk to someone like them and earn serious cash.
